Rough: Framing of a building - that is, the walls, rafters, floors, posts, beams, and roof. They essentially create the structure’s “skeleton,” while ensuring their work meets project specifications, building codes, and strength standards.

Finish: With finish work, we focus on flooring, staircases, moldings, trims, etc. Unlike framing, this work will be visible from the outside, so it must be neat, clean, and finely detailed.

Installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems.

Install/Removal/Repair: Ceiling fans, indoor and outdoor lighting, fuse/breaker box, new lighting systems, receptacles, toggle/dimmer switches, custom lighting, and much more.

Maintain the flow and drainage of water by installing pipes and drainage systems.

Install/Removal/Repair: Toilets, sinks and faucets in bathrooms and kitchens.

Also repair and solve plumbing and water sewerage problems.

Interior & Exterior Painting:

Walls, ceilings, floors, cabinets, decking, fencing, brick, siding, metal, custom paint jobs, paint matching, stains, paint removal, etc.

Wood decking only.

We will demo any type of decking but only install wood/cedar decking. We will install metal spindles & railing. Framing and decking boards must all be wood.

Privacy or Standard:

Wood, Vinyl, Chain-link, Aluminum, Picket, Lattice, Steel, Wire, Railing, Security Fencing, etc.

Install/Design/Repair:

Patios, landscaped walkways, sitting walls, retaining walls, water features, fire pits, landscape lighting, grill surrounds, pergolas and any other custom-built feature for your outdoor living space.

Tree/stump removal, bush removal, brush removal, flower beds, tree planting, mulch beds, and custom bush trimming (topiary).

We do not cut grass.
